Booking confirmation by mail, email or via the booking form and deposit of 30% calculated from the total amount of your stay.

Our cancellation policy
In case of cancellation before arrival or in case of early departure during the stay, you will have to pay a fixed compensation as follows:
* For the B&B and apartment:
- 15 days or more beforearrival : no compensation
- 14 days before and untill day before arrival : 30 % of the total cost
- No show or early departure : 50 % of the total cost
* For the Guesthouse :
- 30 days before or more : the deposit
- Between 30 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total cost
- Between 15 and 8 days before arrival: 75% of the total cost
- Less than 8 days before arrival or early departure: 100% of the total cost
